Why We Built One Package Instead of Five

Most venues sell you a "base package" and then nickel-and-dime you. Linens? Add-on. Setup? Add-on. Cleanup? Add-on. DJ? Recommended vendor (with markup). By the time you sign, the "affordable" venue is the most expensive option you toured.

We hate this. So we built one package that includes everything most families need, and we priced it transparently. If you want extras — open bar upgrade, late-night taco station, photo booth, sparkler exit — we offer those as clear add-ons. But the eleven foundational services are always included.

The Eleven Services

One price. Zero surprise invoices.

Venue Rental

Up to 7 hours of celebration time at either location. Extensions available in 1-hour increments.

Complete Setup

Our team arrives the morning of your event. Tables placed, linens steamed, centerpieces staged, head table styled, candy table built — camera-ready before you arrive.

Complete Cleanup

After your event ends, our team handles the entire breakdown. You leave when you want, with nothing on your to-do list.

Tables, Chairs & Linens

Round, banquet, or kings tables. Chiavari or upgraded chairs. Linens in 20+ colors with overlays, runners, and napkin styling included.

Décor & Table Settings

We provide all the hardware: tables, chairs, linens (manteles), runners, and centerpieces from our in-house catalog. You choose your color palette — we style everything camera-ready. Available in dozens of color combinations. No florals or fully custom decorations; those are available as add-ons.

Full Catering

Plated or buffet service. Bilingual menu options including traditional Mexican, Italian-American, and modern California cuisine. Tastings included for booked clients.

Professional DJ

Bilingual DJ experienced with vals, hora loca, parent dances, and modern wedding sets. MC services included for grand entrances and toasts.

Sound & Lighting

Full sound system with wireless mics for ceremonies, toasts, and family speeches. Stage lighting, dance floor lighting, ambient ballroom lighting — programmed for your event flow.

Event Staff

Bartenders, servers, attendants. Working your celebration from setup through cleanup, not just the first hour.

Dedicated Coordinator

Tony or another senior coordinator from your first tour through your last dance. Rehearsals, timeline planning, day-of cueing, vendor coordination — all handled.

On-Site Parking

Plenty of free parking for all guests at both locations. No valet fees, no offsite shuttle.

We believe in clear expectations. The all-inclusive package does not include:

  • Wedding cake
  • Photography or videography
  • Wedding officiant
  • Bridal hair and makeup
  • Religious or cultural blessings
  • Tips for staff and DJ (optional)
